I am passionate about  meeting student’s individual needs and helping them create and maintain a sustainable yoga practice.

Julie Lifton
Teacher of Hatha Yoga with a gentle approach. Her emphasis is on alignment and ease of motion. With 24 years of experience, she has taught Basic, Level I/II, Gentle Yoga, and private classes both in person and on line. Her classes are influenced by years as a dancer and deep regard for yoga philosophy.

Marie Gartshore

Marie Gartshore started her Yoga practice in 1976 and began teaching in 1984. Her yoga class is an integrated style class that draws on the many influences she has been exposed to in her practice. In 2004, Marie achieved her certification as registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Given her long experience as a yoga teacher, she was able to quickly attain the Experienced prefix for her certification.

She is also a Meditation Instructor and a Level 2 Reiki practitioner in the Usui lineage.

Johanna Samad 200 RYT

Born and raised in England, In 1984, life brought her to the United States. With a 200 hour RYT in Yoga, a 285 hour Davidji Meditation Masters Of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher course, Johanna has become a Reiki Master in 2017 and earned in 2024, a diploma in Integral Sound Healing for Individual Clients from the Sound Healing Academy.

Lila is an Astrologer, Life Coach, and Embodiment Facilitator with passion for the Science of Yoga and self-healing. While living seven years in an ashram, she developed a mind-body-spirit approach to guide individuals toward healing and self-discovery. Holding a BA in Psychology and Mathematics, along with certifications as a Women’s Embodiment Facilitator and Reiki Master, Lila seamlessly integrates psychology, mindfulness, yoga, and tantra into her unique practice.
